Through an ingenious high speed air blade system, there is the total elimination of the excess and residual material inside the holes and milling for hinges and seals, leaving only a homogeneous and constant coating on the entire surface of the piece.

Thanks to the innovative conveyor belt transport, the uprights and crossbars of the windows slide into the machine with the only possible slightest contact, compared to traditional roller or disc systems. This gives you the greatest possible finish of the lower part of the piece and an unmatched level of finishing, eliminating almost completely the any marks left by discs or rollers, typical of the previous transport technologies.
